General Provisions

1. The procedure for the provision of services at the hotel has been developed in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020 No. 1853, with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and regulate relations in the field of providing hotel services (hereinafter referred to as services).

2. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens, regardless of the place of permanent registration.

3. The hotel operates around the clock. Check-out time is 12.00. Check-in time 13.00

The procedure for booking, registration and payment of hotel accommodation.

4. The hotel has the right to make reservations in any form. Including by accepting a booking request via postal, telephone and other communications, allowing to establish that the request comes from a consumer or customer.

5. The hotel carries out the following types of reservations:

a) guaranteed booking, in which the hotel expects the consumer before the checkout time of the day following the day of the planned arrival. In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation, late or non-arrival of the guest, he or the customer will be charged for the actual idle time of the room, but not more than a day. If you are late for more than a day, the contract is terminated;

b) non-guaranteed booking-booking, in which the hotel expects the consumer until a certain hour on the day of arrival, set when booking a room. After which the contract is terminated.

6. The booking application must contain the following information: last name, first name of the consumer, length of stay, indicating the time of arrival and departure, the number and category of rooms, contact phone number of the person making the booking, and the name of the organization, if the application comes from a legal entity.

Conclusion and amendment of the contract

7. If there are vacant rooms on the dates indicated in the application that correspond to the application of the customer (consumer), the hotel sends the customer (consumer) a notification containing information about the name of the contractor, customer (consumer), category of the ordered room and price of the room, duration of stay at the hotel, about booking conditions. In this case, the contract is considered concluded from the moment the customer receives the booking confirmation.

8. The hotel has the right to refuse to conclude a contract if there are no available rooms on the dates indicated in the application that meet the requirements of the application.

9.A contract concluded with a consumer or customer, an individual who is not an individual entrepreneur, is a public contract.

The order and provision of hotel services.

10. The settlement of the consumer is carried out subject to the presentation by the consumer of a document proving his identity, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:

  • a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a citizen of the USSR, which certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14;
  • temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
  • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
  • a temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
  • residence permit of a stateless person.

11. Check-in at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) of the accompanying person (s) with them, provided that such accompanying person provides notarized consent of legal representatives ( one of them) as well as the birth certificates of these minors.

12. Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens who have reached the age of 14, the absence of legal representatives next to them, is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of these minors. Subject to the provision of a notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them)

13. Registration of consumers who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the place of stay at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration at the place of stay and at the place of residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 1995 No. 713 ...

Registration of consumers who are foreign citizens and stateless persons on the register at the place of stay in the hotel and deregistering them at the place of stay is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 15 2007 No. 9 "On the procedure for the implementation of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation."

14. Payment for accommodation and services at the hotel is carried out according to the price list of tariffs approved by the entrepreneur, and in accordance with the checkout time - 12 noon of the current day local time.

When the consumer checks in before the set check-in time (early check-in) and subsequent stay at the hotel, the room charge for the period from check-in time to check-in time is charged in the amount of half a day.

In the event of a delay in the consumer's check-out after the set check-out time (late check-out), the accommodation fee will be charged in the amount of half a day per room. (place in the room).

15. Payment for accommodation is made in cash, by bank cards, prepayment by bank transfer is allowed.

At the request of the consumer, he is provided with a double room with full payment of the cost of the room.

16. When registering accommodation, the performer informs the consumer about the provision of basic and additional services, the form and procedure for their payment. Additional information is located in the information folder, which is located by the administrator.

17. The Contractor provides the consumer with the following types of services without additional payment:

  • breakfast;
  • calling an ambulance;
  • use of a first-aid kit;
  • delivery of correspondence addressed to the consumer to the number upon receipt;
  • wake-up at a specific time;
  • provision of needles of thread,
  • boiling water, one set of dishes and cutlery.

16. Change of bed linen for a long stay of the guest is made at least once every three days, towels - every day.

18. The consumer (customer) is obliged to pay for hotel services and other paid services in full after their provision to the consumer. With the consent of the consumer (customer), payment for hotel services can be made upon conclusion of the contract in full or in part.

When making settlements with a consumer, the contractor issues the consumer a cashier's receipt, if necessary, an invoice and an act of services performed.

19. The consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract at any time, subject to payment of the actual costs incurred by the contractor.

20. The hotel has the right to unilaterally refuse to execute the contract if the consumer violates the terms of the contract or the "Hotel Rules". In this case, the consumer reimburses the contractor for the actual costs incurred by him. 20.

Responsibility of the contractor and the consumer

21. The hotel is responsible for the safety of the consumer's belongings in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation

22. For the loss of money, other currency values, securities and other precious things of the consumer, the hotel is responsible if they were accepted by him for storage.

23. The consumer is responsible and compensates for damage in case of loss or damage through his fault of the hotel property in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and these Rules.

In order to prevent viral diseases, rooms and public places in our hotel are cleaned using special disinfectants.
