Rules for accommodation of guests of the hotel "Aura"
with pets

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   1. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to determine the possibility of a pet staying in a hotel room, and also reserves the right to refuse accommodation without explanation.
   2. Guests with pets are accommodated at a special rate only in designated hotel rooms upon prior reservation.
   3. The Hotel does not allow accommodation with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to human life and health.
   4. Accommodation with pets is allowed in the presence of veterinary documents of the established form (veterinary passport or certificate from a veterinarian) with a note on all vaccinations.
   5. The Hotel allows accommodation with pets - guide dogs serving the needs of people with disabilities.
   6. Before booking a room, the pet owner must notify the Hotel administration about the type, breed of his pet (including: age, size) and clarify whether there are currently any special conditions for placing the animal in the Hotel. Conditions may change depending on the instructions of the Hotel administration.
   7. When checking into the Hotel with pets, the Owner is obliged to read the "Rules for guests with pets" and put his signature confirming his agreement with these rules.
   8. No more than one pet is allowed per hotel room.
   9. The cost of living with an animal is 500 rubles / day.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER OF THE PET TO THE HOTEL

   A guest living with an animal undertakes to ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime in the hotel room and on the territory of the Hotel:

   1. The owner is required to have a special rug or a special cage for a pet.
   2. The owner is required to have a special tray for the toilet of animals.
   3. The owner is required to have special utensils for feeding pets.
   4. On the territory of the Hotel, dogs must be kept exclusively in a muzzle and on a leash or in a special cage, other types of animals - in special cages. It is allowed to find decorative breeds (small ones) on a leash or on the hands of the Owner.
   5. The owner is obliged to walk dogs of medium and large sizes only in muzzles and on a leash.
   6. The Owner is obliged to ensure that the pet is not in the room while it is being cleaned by the Hotel's maids or during repair work.
   7. The owner is obliged to notify the Hotel administration about the presence of the animal in the room without supervision.
3. HOTEL RESTRICTIONS FOR PETS
   1. It is forbidden to take pets with you to the dining room and common areas.
   2. It is forbidden to feed pets from dishes belonging to the Hotel.
   3. Hotel beds and chairs for animals are not allowed.
   4. It is forbidden, in the absence of a special cage, to leave pets unattended in the hotel room, lobby, other public areas of the Hotel, on the territory of the Hotel.
   5. It is forbidden to walk pets on the territory of the Hotel, including on the lawns.
   6. It is forbidden to wash pets in showers, bathtubs of rooms; use towels, sheets and other hotel bedding for animal hygiene.
   7. It is forbidden to comb pets in the Hotel room and on its territory.
4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PET OWNER
   1. The owner takes full responsibility for solving the problems of nutrition, cleaning, walking the animal.
   2. The Owner is fully responsible for possible damage to the property of the Hotel by pets. In case of damage to property by a pet, the Owner compensates for the damage according to the Price List in force at the Hotel at the time of the pet's owner's stay.
   3. The owner is solely responsible for cleaning up the waste products of the animal.
   4. The Owner bears all risks to the Hotel and third parties related to and arising from the behavior of animals, as well as the time and conditions of their stay in the Hotel's room stock.
   5. The owner is obliged to cover the cost of general cleaning of the room, which is carried out after his departure. The cost of general cleaning is included in the rate.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH A GUEST LIVING WITH PETS

   The Hotel Administration reserves the right to terminate the contract: in case of violation of the "Rules for living with pets", aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of a pet, when pets create inconvenience to a comfortable stay of guests and visitors of the Hotel.
